Deanna Toxopeus, is joined by David Farnell, Michael Emond and Emma Nicoletti to discuss the brilliant comedy of Monty Python in this supersized podcast.  They look at the reason this British troupe is still popular in the age of the Internet, the appeal of their comedy in the colonies and if another Python could rise today.  They also give you their favourite skits and Pythons, and make time for the Nerd News and Week in Nedliness.  So grab a tin of Spam and settle in for a fun ride.

Roundtable 90 - Race in Fantasy Fiction

A very special podcast this week as Deanna Toxopeus, and David Farnell are joined by authors Ika Koek and Alaya Johnson to discuss how Fantasy fiction deals with the issue of race.  Our participants look at non-human races as metaphors, the diversity of main characters and the placement of the work of non-white authors in the bookstore.  There is a lot of information given out in this one, so you might want to bring a pen and paper.  Or you could head over to the RevSF Boards where you will find the links that were mentioned.  Oh did we mention that there is also the Nerdnews and the Week in Nerdiness.

It's movie time again for the Revcast Roundtable.  Deanna Toxopeus, Gary Mitchell and Michael Emond discuss the what valentine Hollywood is sending us.  Surprisingly, not a lot of slasher flicks, but there is one movie that causes our podcast team to react like a bunch of frat boys.  As always there is the participants' week in nerdliness and a geek newsblast.
