Patrice Sarath is a fantasy writer in Austin, Texas. Her debut novel Gordath Wood has just come out with Ace Fantasy.Her short stories have appeared in Year's Best Fantasy 3, Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, Black Gate, and Realms of Fantasy, among other publications. She is a member of the Cryptopolis writer's group in Austin, Texas.

About the Artist

In 2000, Mexican caricaturist and illustrator Fredy Rodriguez began his publishing career with work in Mexican magazines like Ser, uno más uno, Gefao, DJ Concept, Danza e Escena, and Elle. He has worked in political cartooning, style illustration, humor cartooning, comic strips, and dance program illustration. He recently displayed his work in Spain at a one-man show entitled "The 32 fouettés that make me smile," a series of caricatures, pastel drawings, watercolors, and mixed media works on the history of dance.
